We offer a two year LARP warranty. Our products are built to last but to give you peace of mind, we will do free repairs for usual LARP wear and tear for the first two years after your purchase.

Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of your order.

We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours. Please allow the following additional time for shipping :
UK - 2-5 working days. 
EU & North America by AirMail - 5-10 working days 
Rest of World - allow 6 -20 days

If your item is not in stock, we will contact you to give an estimated production time and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

All items are sent tracked and signed for, by ordering from us you agree that proof of delivery from our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.
