Send us a message describing your item, including details on the size and attach links or pictures if you have any. Let us know if you need it by a specific date for an event. It is also helpful to include your country for estimating delivery costs.
We’ll email back with any questions for clarification, a quote and an estimate of completion time. On average you can expect to wait 8 weeks as your item will be placed in a build queue. If you need your item earlier than this it may be feasible depending on our build schedules so please do still ask.
Reply to confirm you are happy with our quote and would like to go ahead with your order. We ask a 50% deposit before we commence work. Deposit can be paid by paypal to firstname.lastname@example.org or by bank transfer to Lloyds bank account 64666860 sort code 30-98-45, please include your name as reference. Your order is not placed until the deposit is received.
When your item nears completion we will email to request the outstanding costs including postage (if applicable). Payment is required prior to shipping or collection.

We offer a two year warranty. Our products are built to last but to give you peace of mind, we will do free repairs for usual LARP wear and tear for the first two years after your purchase.
